On Saturday, June 20, the Landfall Board of Directors held its Annual Meeting at the home of Eduardo Varela (12 Landfall Circle).

During the first portion of the meeting, the Board presented a review of the Association's accomplishments over the past twelve months, along with the year-end financial report and the proposed budget for the upcoming year. With a strong quorum in attendance, members voted to elect the Board of Directors for the 2026–2028 term.

Following the meeting, residents gathered for a cocktail reception featuring drinks, delicious bites, and an opportunity to connect with neighbors and celebrate another successful year in the Landfall community.
